Based in Toronto, David Gray is Principal of DSG Associates www.davidgraycoach.com David’s 25+year sales background includes pure commission door-to-door sales in the office and industrial equipment industries, corporate Life & Health insurance sales with Great-West Life, the start-up from scratch and management of both a national Sales Support Division and then a national Direct Sales Division in Canada for Prudential of America, and Scottish regional sales management for London-based Impact Plus PLC Business & Technology Consultancy.

Based in Ottawa, Dave Newby is the owner of Cabot Business Training Ltd, which helps organizations achieve strategic goals through the support and development of their key performers, managers and sales forces.  Dave’s sales related background includes 13 years in Financial Services sales in London UK and 11 years in corporate-communications training in Frankfurt Germany.  Dave is Territory Coordinator for IOWEU International, responsible for the quality and delivery of IoweU training and coaching programs within Canada.

Based in Vancouver, David Moulton’s is President of Moulton Toft Inc., a marketing and sales consultancy. David’s sales related background includes positions as Vice President of Business Development for PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in Vancouver, Regional Vice-President of Proudfoot PLC (a leading company in process re-engineering) in Vancouver, Sales Trainer for Pitney Bowes on a Canada-wide basis, and sales management and training positions with CIBC and Scotia Bank.  David has served as Chair of the North Vancouver Chamber of Commerce, and currently serves as the President of SMEI Vancouver.

Based in Toronto, Sandra Bobkin is President of Performance Edge Services, a consulting firm specializing in coaching, emotional intelligence and performance development.  Sandra assists individuals in understanding the impact of their behaviour on relationships and performance both at work and in life. She has more than 15 years of private and public sector experience in a variety of learning, leadership and management roles. This includes service in the retail, financial and health care industries.

Based in Toronto, Diane Davies is an internationally renowned, award-winning business coach that helps Executive clients optimize their goal achievement potential.  Formerly an industrial consultant with Ernst and Young, Control Data and Mainstream Access Corp., Diane has initiated numerous landmark programs that inspire the move to true leadership.  Diane’s licensed programs, The Art of Executive Coaching and Team Power, are practised in leading corporations across North America.  With more than 20 years of experience, Diane is recognized as setting new standards in coaching that produce results leading to sustainable achievements.

Based in The GTA, Wally Schaly is Senior Sales Training Consultant with DSG Associates.  Wally is a seasoned executive with over 25 years sales and management experience including as an automotive systems Dealer Principal.  For the past 18 years Wally has specialized in packaging equipment and consumables. He is consistently one of the top earning salespeople in the industry.  As one of several Sales Training Consultants with DSG Associates, Wally provides the benefit of his insights gained through 25+ years sales experience in conjunction with the structural elements of the ‘Smarter Selling’ ™ program.

John Wilson is a seasoned career transition professional with many years of experience providing consultation to a diverse corporate client base and their ex-employees. Additionally, he runs a successful retail practice providing career transition and coaching support targeted at those re-entering the job market or those contemplating a career shift. His broad industry exposure includes, among others, the pharmaceutical, risk management, financial services, health-care, real estate and public sectors.

Alastair Mills-McEwan specializes in working with clients to deliver sustainable performance improvements through the re-alignment of people, processes and technology, and the effective management of business change through projects.  Alastair has substantial experience of helping major clients achieve cost leadership and business advantage through the development and implementation of new operational strategies. As an experienced project and program manager, Alastair is also exceptionally well placed to ensure that the solutions he develops with his clients are practical and implementable not sterile, textbook approaches.
